Energi Terms & Conditions

1. Thermal, water and energy commitments selected by the client may not pass the minimum requirements of Basic. If this is the case, Energi will provide solutions that must be completed and send to you for your approval. If you wish to see if other alternatives can be used, you can appeal the inclusions by replying. If you approve the inclusions, you will be sent all documentation with the upgraded inclusions.

2. If Energi provide a Basic Certificate and Nathers report which is different to the architectural plans provided by the client, Energi have the right to not provide final standard plans until the information is rectified.

3. If Energi have completed works for the dwelling, the money paid by the client becomes non refundable. If no works have been completed, money can be refunded. This is to be determined by the assigned assessor.

The Energi process explained below once payment is received:
1. Energi Assessor will email & confirm payment:

One of our friendly staff will send you an emailed confirmation stating they have received your dwelling, an estimated timeframe and any further questions they may have.

2. Results presentation via email:

Once the assessor has completed the simulation and received the results, you will be forwarded via Email the Draft BASIX certificate and the building materials required to pass your home.

3. Acceptance and production of final documentation:

Once you accept the results of the home, we will produce the final documentation for council submission within 24-48 hours. The documentation includes the following:
- BASIX Certificate
- NATHERS report
- BASIX commitments page
- Stamped plans
- Receipt of payment
*Note: If the architectural plans do not match the BASIX information provided by Energi, we will ask you to amend the plans before we can stamp them for council approval.
