FULL PERS PRO SIMULATIONS

All the Energi staff are proficient in the BERS (Building Energy Rating Scheme) computer program to simulate and analyse the thermal performance of Australian houses. This means we are able to have control in the inclusions we can model into the home.

BASIX CERTIFICATE + SUMMARY PAGE

The Energi team also handle the process of producing the BASIX certificate ready for council submission. Also, providing a summary page of all the building materials as well as water and energy requirements for an easy understanding of all the building requirements.

ENERGI THERMAL REPORTS

One of Energi's unique services is creating reports based on the BERS Computer simulation of the home. this includes how each of the main rooms will perform in the Summer and Winter months, Also, providing solutions to improve the rating of the home for increased comfort.
